At Adyaa Exports, we prioritize quality at every step of the production process. As part of our quality control measures, we work closely with our selected factories who are known for their expertise in fabric manufacturing in Tiruppur, India. In case our esteemed buyers prefer to choose their own suppliers, we provide guidance on sourcing fabrics from reputable suppliers and identifying industries that can deliver high-quality fabric within the desired timeframe, weight, construction, and color. Our goal is to ensure that the fabrics used in our products meet the highest quality standards, resulting in a superior end product for our customers.
Identify supplier
At Adyaa Exports, we take our responsibility to our clients and the environment seriously. We evaluate every factory we work with at two levels, assessing their capacity and capability, as well as their environmental control and adherence to labor laws. We also ensure that they have the ability to provide high-quality fabrics of the desired weight, construction, and color to meet our clients' requirements. This way, we can guarantee that our clients receive products that meet their expectations, while also upholding ethical standards in the manufacturing process.
Prices
We scrutinize prices quoted by the supplier and with our own experience of the cost structure in the country, obtain the most realistic prices from them.
Sampling
At Adyaa Exports, we collaborate with appropriate suppliers to arrange sampling based on our buyer's designs, sketches, and other requirements. Our skilled team ensures that the samples are made with precision and attention to detail, providing our clients with a clear idea of the final product. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to provide quick turnaround times for our sampling services.
Quality control
At Adyaa Exports, we follow a thorough process to ensure the quality of our products. Once an order is placed, we carefully select and sample the appropriate fabric suppliers based on the buyer's designs and sketches. Before production begins, we draw samples of the fabric to be used and check for quality, weight, shrinkage, and color fastness. We then obtain approval from the buyer for the shades before bulk fabric is dyed.
Before production starts, we obtain approval samples and check them meticulously in all respects, such as size specification, workmanship, cleanliness, and proper fit of the garment. We suggest possible improvements in the production process to improve workmanship and ensure perfect merchandise.
Our quality controllers visit factories regularly and make surprise checks to ensure that only the correct quality is produced, and sub-standard and defective pieces are rejected in the production pipeline itself.
When the consignment is ready, we carry out a systematic inspection as suggested by the buyer. If the merchandise meets our high standards, we issue a certificate of inspection. Our aim is to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products that meet their expectations and requirements.
Follow up
At Adyaa Exports, we take pride in our comprehensive and meticulous order follow-up process. We keep our esteemed buyers informed of the progress of their orders at every stage, from fabric selection to garment production and shipment. Our team ensures that all details are thoroughly monitored and communicated, and we take immediate action to address any issues or concerns that may arise. Our goal is to provide our customers with a smooth and hassle-free sourcing experience, while delivering high-quality products on time and as per their specifications.
Shipping/Cargo handling
At Adyaa Exports, we understand that timely and accurate shipment is crucial for our buyers. Therefore, we have a systematic process in place to ensure that shipping documents are thoroughly checked for conformity to the buyer's instructions and sent well in advance. We believe in working only with reputed forwarders to obtain accurate information about vessel details such as ETD/ETA and priority booking and loading. Additionally, we can also arrange for grouping of cargo from different suppliers to reduce the buyer's import cost on freight, clearing, forwarding, and cargo handling. Our team is always available to assist with negotiating and obtaining special freight rates based on regular turnover, thus providing cost-effective import solutions to our buyers.
Post Shipment services
At Adyaa Exports, we understand that even the smallest issue can cause inconvenience and dissatisfaction to our esteemed buyers. Therefore, we take necessary steps to avoid such situations by collecting copies of shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing list, original G.S.P., Certificate of Origin, Export Certificate etc. from all suppliers immediately after shipment and forwarding them to respective buyers. We also work closely with our buyers to find mutually acceptable solutions to any issues or misunderstandings that may arise regarding any order. Our ultimate goal is to ensure our buyers' satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with them.
